Prediction of Protein-DNA Binding Affinity

PreDBA, a computational method that can effectively predict Protein-DNA Binding Affinity using Machine Learning Algorithm.

Usage Notes: The upload PDB file should be a protein-DNA complex (contain at least two chains). The computing time depends on the number of residues of the protein in the complex. Most predictions will be finished in 5-10 minutes. Here is a pre-calculated example to display the prediction results: 1KFS
